How to reach Deepak Rest
House?
As you approach Jaisalmer,
you will be surrounded and followed by many touts at the bus or train.
They will try to take you to the places where they get commission. They
may show you business cards for Deepak, or tell you negative stories about
problems with water, electricity etc. Our representatives will often join
you on the bus, but, if not, calmly look around the bus stop for our jeep
with the Deepak Rest house banner for free transportation
If we cannot meet you, it
is only a 10 minutes walk to the fort gate and there are signs to help
you find the way to Deepak rest house.
You are welcome to compare
with other hotels, but you must see our hotel with your own eyes. Donít
hesitate to tell the manager, if you find any problems on the way. We can
assure you that the hospitality at Deepak will always be remembered by
you. If you wish to make a room advance booking :-

A note
from Deepak Rest House:
Namaste & welcome to
the Deepak Rest house. We are a 15 year old family owned and operated business
and want you to feel at home. However as the fort and building in which
you are staying is hundreds of years old and its construction is inconsistent
(stairs are different sizes and floors and stone walkways narrow and uneven).
And there are no railings on the roof top etc. The Deepak rest house can
not and does not accept any liability whatsoever for accidents occurring
on or about its premises we thank you for understanding and hope you enjoy
your stay at the Deepak Rest house and in Jaisalmer
